ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a team of four. I've spent more than 25 years with State Farm, including eight years as an agent before moving into leadership and then returning to agency ownership. I'm fluent in Vietnamese, come from a large family, and have had the opportunity to develop and mentor hundreds of agents throughout my career.

Giving back to the community is important to us. Our agency is active with the local Chamber of Commerce and proudly supports HPI events, including the Plano, Garland, and Asian American Film Festivals.

Glenda Beach - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Passionate about helping others

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in customer service role or a sales.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• No prior insurance sales experience required; we will train you.
