Maintenance Technician Beachwood, OH Aloft Beachwood Aloft Beachwood is currently seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Beachwood, Ohio! In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance operations ensuring that work is completed efficiently and with the highest quality. Pay: Dependent on experience The Right Candidate Will Have: Previous maintenance experience required Previous experience using hand and power tools, floor care machines, electrical testing equipment required The ability to repair machines or systems using the required tools The ability to install equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications Knowledge of routine maintenance including determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed Our Maintenance Technician Will: Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, and landscaping. Perform repairs and related tasks needed to maintain a safe and secure environment. Maintain the building HVAC equipment to keep climate control in the facility functioning. Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs, ballast, and outlets). Perform routine to difficult plumbing duties, inspecting, installing, repairing and replacing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures, unclogging sinks and toilets, repair of faucet assemblies and replacement of washers, repair of fountains. Maintain assigned equipment and tools; perform inspections to ensure safe operating conditions; establish priorities; perform repairs and/or replacement of parts; clean and perform preventative maintenance; and monitor need for replacement or advanced repairs.
