By partnering closely with stakeholders, this role turns business needs into smart system design, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements- helping teams work more efficiently and effectively. Qualifications What's Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred,but a combination of work experience and education will be considered 5 or more years of increasing responsibility with proven experience in project management, implementing/managing HR systems, projects, understanding and optimizing HR processes, managing data, ensuring compliance, and leading cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects Expertise with SmartRecruiters ATS highly preferred Additional Information Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
