We’re looking for someone who is driven as well as approachable, task‑oriented, accountable, and able to greet members, employees, vendors, and visitors with a name and a personal touch. You will motivate a sales team, listen actively, and maintain your own fitness enthusiasm. If something goes wrong, you get it fixed. If a member is celebrating her 20th class or his 65th birthday, you make sure they’re recognized. When sales goals are set, you surpass them. Compensation: $65,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition Passion for health and wellness Team player Orangetheory experience is preferred, but leadership and management experience elsewhere is also considered. Experience in day‑to‑day operations and strategic vision is a plus.
