We are seeking a talented and dynamic Creative Director to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in helping shape the direction of the firm, supporting the agency’s goals, and ensuring that your team continues to grow and evolve in alignment with client and market needs. What You’ll Do: Audience-First Architecture: Build creative concepts from the ground up based on deep audience insights, not just “cool” ideas or visuals. The Lead Pen: Act as a master storyteller across web, digital, video scripts, and high-level proposals. Strategic Risk-Taking: Propose bold, culture-shifting ideas while maintaining a "Scrappy & Executable" mindset. Client Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and a true collaborator with your account teams. You don’t just present work; you sell the vision, handle the pushback, and pivot in real-time. Full-Spectrum Production: Oversee the lifecycle of a project from the initial napkin sketch to managing productions and final delivery. Cultural Hunting: Stay obsessed with social trends, technologies, and influencer landscapes, knowing exactly where a brand needs to show up to be relevant. Who You Are: A strategic personality: You can’t help but evaluate every ad you see, thinking about how you would have made it smarter, sharper, or more effective. A master of nuance: You understand brand DNA. You know when to push the envelope and when to respect the guardrails. Nimble & fast: You thrive in high-pressure environments, managing multiple accounts without losing your creative spark or your attention to detail. Execution-obsessed: You hate "vaporware." You pride yourself on ideas that are brilliant but also finishable, on-time, and within budget. A hybrid threat: You are part writer, part strategist, part technologist, part producer, and part closer. Our Core: Client Service. Communications. Critical/Strategic Thinking. Professional Development. Leadership. Must Haves: 8+ years of experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment. A portfolio that proves you can write for anything: from 6-second ads to 10-page proposals. Proven experience in Social & Influencer strategy. You know how to build a community, not just a campaign. Experience managing production budgets and leading crews on set. The ability to present to a C-suite one hour and brainstorm TikTok transitions the next. Collaborative spirit: You believe that a good idea can come from anywhere/anyone, whether it’s an intern or the CEO. You are a "yes, and" person who builds others up rather than tearing ideas down. Operational excellence: You are "creatively organized." You understand that being a professional creative means meeting deadlines, managing deliverables, and keeping the team in the loop. High EQ, low ego: You take your work seriously, but you don’t take yourself too seriously. You lead with empathy and kindness, fostering a safe environment where the team feels brave enough to take creative risks. The "We" mentality: You win as a team and learn as a team.
