MACHINE OPERATORS NEEDED – MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Join SAVARD Personnel Group and be part of a growing manufacturing team! We are currently hiring Manufacturing Operators and Winder Operators to support composite pipe production, oven operations, extraction, and winding processes.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience. Temp-to-hire opportunities are available, with potential pay increases after permanent hire.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate manufacturing and production equipment
- Support oven, extraction, and winding operations
- Move materials throughout the production process
- Monitor product quality and meet production standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
- Manufacturing, machine operator, or production experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment safely
- Overhead/hoist crane experience is a plus
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation and attendance required
Available Shifts:
2nd Shift
- 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (8-hour shift)
- 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shift)
- Weekends and overtime as needed
3rd Shift
- 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (8-hour shift)
- Weekends and overtime as needed
- Temp to hire after probationary period
