We are hiring a Machine Operator for a local steel company in Houston, TX.
Duties and Requirements
- Machine Operation: Operate flame cutters, overhead cranes, and other heavy steel shop machinery
- Physical Demand: Must be physically able to handle shop duties and stand or move for long periods
- Training: Full on-site training provided for all equipment
- Pay Rate: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour to start depending on experience
- Experience preferred but not required, will train
Weekly Work Schedule
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: Available occasionally for extra hours
