AI Business Strategy Manager 5500

Designs, develops, deploys, and supports AI-powered agents, agentic workflows, applications, automations, integrations, and digital workplace solutions using Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and related technologies Partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, evaluate solution alternatives, and deliver technology-enabled business improvements that drive productivity, employee experience, and business outcomes Provides subject matter expertise and technical guidance on AI adoption, agent development, governance, security, citizen development, and responsible use of Microsoft AI and digital workplace technologies Establishes and promotes best practices for solution design, architecture, integrations, security, and platform administration; reviews citizen-developed solutions for compliance with organizational standards and governance requirements Develops and maintains technical documentation, training materials, communications, and enablement resources; supports implementation, adoption, change management, and ongoing user success #J-18808-Ljbffr Tier4 Group
