About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Performance, Analytics, and AI to lead a transformative initiative in the use of data and intelligence for decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for revolutionizing the organization's analytics and reporting capabilities, moving from manual processes to a dynamic intelligence infrastructure that supports real-time, predictive performance analytics. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of AI within the resource development function, with a focus on leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, impact, and revenue. The Executive Director will also lead a high-performing team, ensuring a world-class supporter experience and fostering a culture of data literacy and AI fluency. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include leading the evolution of reporting to provide a true picture of fundraising performance, partnering with digital and finance teams to maximize the impact of the organization's technology platforms, and contributing to global intelligence and benchmarking. The role demands a senior leader with a strong background in analytics, a passion for enabling mission-driven work, and the ability to operate at the intersection of data science and fundraising strategy.
