The Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa is looking for a dependable and hardworking Steward/Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team. Located in the heart of Old Town Key West, our resort is just steps from the vibrant energy of Duval Street and home to Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen & Blue Mojito Bar.
As a Steward, you'll play a vital role in supporting our culinary and restaurant teams by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. Your work helps ensure our chefs and service teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. What You'll Do- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen, Food & Beverage, and colleague dining areas.
- Wash and properly store all china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep dishwashing and kitchen work areas clean, sanitized, and organized throughout each shift.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and other Food & Beverage sanitation responsibilities as assigned.
- Support the culinary team by ensuring a steady flow of clean equipment during service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

- Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Previous steward, dishwasher, kitchen, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
