Social Media Manager

An established and well-known cannabis brand is looking for a Brand Content & Social Media Manager to help take its presence, audience, and overall brand to the next level. The company already has a recognizable brand, strong product portfolio, and established following. This person will be responsible for building on that foundation and finding new ways to grow the brand across social media and digital channels. This is not simply a role for someone to schedule posts and maintain a content calendar as they're looking for someone who understands consumer brands, culture, content, and what makes people stop scrolling, engage, follow, and remember a brand. What You'll Do: Own and grow the brand's presence across key social platforms Develop creative content that fits a bold, playful, and edgy brand personality Increase followers, engagement, reach, and overall brand awareness Build and manage the social media and content calendar Identify trends and opportunities to join relevant cultural conversations Develop campaigns around products, launches, events, and promotions Coordinate photo, video, graphics, and other creative content Engage with the brand's online community and strengthen its voice Track performance and use data to improve future content and campaigns Bring new ideas to the table and continually challenge how the brand can grow Who We're Looking For: Cannabis experience is not required. We're interested in strong consumer marketers from CPG, food & beverage, alcohol, lifestyle, entertainment, and other consumer-facing brands. You should be someone who: Has demonstrated success growing social media audiences and engagement Understands content strategy, storytelling, and brand development Knows how to balance creativity with measurable results Can create content while also directing outside creative resources Is comfortable working with a bold, unconventional brand Has thick skin and is comfortable with direct feedback Can move quickly, adapt, and operate without constant direction Wants ownership and the opportunity to make a visible impact If you've helped build or grow a consumer brand and know how to turn great content into real audience growth, we'd like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Machota Solutions
