Registered Nurse Ambulatory Triage (RN) - Family Medicine Care - South - (Stop 11)

Making a Difference The Ambulatory Triage Registered Nurse is a member of the Stop 11 Family Medicine Care team and performs duties such as phone triage, patient education, scheduling appointments, prior authorizations, prescription refills, referrals, care coordination, and other related tasks. The position may transition to a hybrid schedule. The nurse will work onsite in the office located on the south side of Indianapolis, Indiana. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or have three years of related professional nursing experience. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). Three years or more of nursing experience preferred. Previous medical office/outpatient experience preferred. Phone triage experience a plus. Excellent communication skills. Excellent team skills. Compassionate and caring.
