We are seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for exceptional customer service, team development, and driving business growth in luxury women’s fashion. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional customer experience for every shopper, every time. Lead by example, fostering a culture of luxury service for all clients. Ensure every customer interaction is customer-centric and reflects our brand’s values. Maintain a positive, upbeat, and inviting store environment. Demonstrate strong leadership at all in-store events and functions. Utilize clienteling tools and instill a customer-focused mindset in the team. Stay informed on market trends and lead initiatives for impactful customer communications. Maximize the potential of all product categories through cross-functional collaboration. Lead and Develop a High-Performance Sales Team Build and manage a team of professional stylists. Mentor and support team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Provide consistent feedback and leadership focused on growth and satisfaction. Identify, recruit, and develop talent, while building strong succession plans. Set and manage ambitious individual and team targets to ensure goals are achieved. Maintain a constant floor presence to support sales opportunities and team execution. Address and resolve conflicts promptly to protect the customer experience and support the team. Proactively seek and implement process improvements. Contribute to the development and implementation of operational solutions. Manage projects and communication across teams and leadership. Serve as a trusted resource for the leadership team. Collaborate with HR and other store leaders to support overall company success. Qualifications Required 10+ years of experience with luxury customer products 10+ years leading luxury commissioned sales teams Proven record of success Strong people engagement, presentation, and communication skills Collaborative, team-oriented mindset Passion for designer women’s fashion and industry trends Preferred Retail industry experience Experience working with affluent customer products 10+ years of experience in luxury selling Experience in luxury women’s apparel sales Talent for fashion styling Working Conditions Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking Flexibility including bending, stretching, and lifting Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move or carry product Visual acuity for computer work and merchandise handling Use of hands and fingers to handle or feel Work environment is usually quiet to moderate in noise level Education High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
