Ideal qualifications and desired experience:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure or eligibility for Florida SLP licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF)
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized student care
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic, team-oriented setting
• Prior school-based experience is valued but not mandatory

Key responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute input for tailored learning interventions
• Provide therapy services either onsite, in a hybrid model, or as a travel SLP with travel-specific benefits, including tax-free stipends
