Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN Greenfield, MA $35–$38/hour | PRN We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN opportunity in Greenfield, MA. This position is a great fit for a COTA looking for scheduling flexibility while providing hands‑on rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks Follow individualized treatment plans established by the supervising OT Monitor progress and communicate updates to the therapy team Reinforce adaptive techniques and safety strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary care team What We Offer $35–$38/hour Flexible PRN scheduling Supportive rehabilitation environment Short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term care caseload Collaborative interdisciplinary team Qualifications Active Massachusetts COTA license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply We’d love to hear from COTAs interested in a flexible opportunity to help residents improve daily function and independence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
