What You'll Do

  Customer Service & Client Relationships

As a representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for individuals and families while developing the skills needed for future advancement.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals and families interested in available benefits

• Listen to client needs, questions, and financial protection priorities

• Provide personalized and professional customer service

• Explain available benefit and coverage options clearly

• Assist clients through applications and enrollment

• Conduct applicable benefit and policy reviews

• Assist existing clients with beneficiary and policy-related service needs

• Maintain accurate digital client records and follow-up

• Build long-term relationships through trust, professionalism, and consistent service

• Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements

This position combines  customer service, relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales .
