Warehouse Associate/NON-DRIVER

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate/NON-DRIVER to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate/NON-DRIVER, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and shipment processing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: $23

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped to customers or other divisions.

• Load and unload common carrier and company vehicles.

• Assemble customer orders for shipment via UPS/LTL.

• Process shipment paperwork, verify merchandise, and ensure accuracy of shipments.

• Use scanners for warehouse management, picking orders, and general material put-away.

What's Needed?

• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.

• Excellent attendance record and punctuality.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• General knowledge of electrical products is preferred.

• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
