The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in substance use disorder treatment and supervisory roles.Requirements• LMSW or LMHC required • Independent license issued by NYS • Minimum five years of experience in substance use disorder treatment • Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role • Familiarity with OASAS regulations • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to manage crisis situations effectivelyQualifications• LMSW or LMHC in good standing required • Experience in developing and overseeing treatment plans • Proficiency in conducting case conferences and therapy sessions • Experience in coordinating with social services and community providers • Ability to review and support clinical documentation • Competence in facilitating patient progression through treatment • Experience in managing referrals and discharge planning
