Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and manage the clinical care of a diverse caseload, ensuring proficient assessment and intervention strategies are implemented for each patient.

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, addressing a wide array of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma.

• Engage in thorough mental health evaluations, documenting findings and integrating results into tailored treatment plans.

• Effectively collaborate with patients and their families to create and implement actionable strategies for psychological interventions aimed at lasting change.

• Utilize advanced counseling techniques to navigate crisis situations, providing necessary therapeutic interventions to enhance client well-being.

• Develop and maintain precise treatment logs and progress summaries, ensuring that evaluations incorporate patient feedback and evolving needs.

• Facilitate patient education sessions, equipping clients and their families with resources and knowledge to manage their mental health more effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clinician will work with a diverse population that includes individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, and age groups. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional financial incentives include:
