Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, particularly those who are concurrently managing significant physical health conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, or substance use disorders. Our therapeutic approach is rooted in an understanding of the profound effects that physical health can have on mental well-being, positioning our therapists as essential facilitators in the entire care continuum.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure (LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, or LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Proven experience working with individuals contending with mental health issues and co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse patient demographics.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while adhering to ethical guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
