Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based practices for treating co-occurring disorders, such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• A solid understanding of the interplay between mental health and substance use disorders.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in a similar role within integrated care settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote service delivery models will be considered an asset.
