Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental and emotional well-being and identify unique concerns.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated care model that meets all aspects of the client's needs.

• Provide families with education and support to foster a collaborative approach to treatment and engage them in the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation that adheres to regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults, who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Candidates with a master’s or doctoral degree are strongly preferred.

• At least two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting.
