Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality telehealth therapy services to clients, primarily adolescents and young adults, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate both group and individual therapy sessions, with a maximum of 8 clients per group to foster deeper connections and maximize therapeutic effectiveness.

• Participate in regular case discussions with other clinicians to share insights and collaborate on best practices for enhancing client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage actively in professional development opportunities, including accessing free Continuing Education Units (CEUs) provided by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges. This population includes individuals experiencing a range of issues from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders and trauma-related symptoms. The goal is to create an environment where clients feel safe and supported as they work towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) is required. We are open to hiring junior-licensed clinicians who are willing to receive supervision.

• Availability to work between 12 to 40 hours per week based on your preference for a contract (1099) or full-time (W2) position.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
