Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance use history and co-occurring mental health conditions.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying psychological issues, ensuring continuity of care.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate integrated care, actively participating in case management discussions.

• Educate and involve family members in the treatment process to create a supportive network for clients during recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Specific training or considerable experience in addiction counseling is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and credentials.
