This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our full-time schedule runs Monday to Friday, eliminating the need for evening or weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services tailored to the needs of your clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions, fostering an environment where clients can share their experiences, build connections, and learn collaboratively.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic one-on-one counseling sessions to explore clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping them develop effective coping strategies and action plans.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Regularly assess and document clients' progress through various evaluation tools and feedback mechanisms, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure continued growth.

• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and consult on complex cases, resulting in comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population may face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Through your compassionate care and evidence-based methodologies, you will empower these individuals to overcome their difficulties, build resilience, and achieve lasting recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.

• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly desirable:

Compensation and Benefits\n
