Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client evaluations and assessments to determine mental health status, diagnosis, and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic interventions and strategies for clients facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and more.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with confidentiality protocols and state regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care and coordinated treatment strategies.

• Participate in regular team meetings for case reviews, supervision, and professional development opportunities.
\n
• Stay current on best practices and advances in mental health therapy through continued education and participation in training programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with often present a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges, including but not limited to substance misuse, anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Pennsylvania is essential.

• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in a community health setting.

• Strong skills in establishing rapport and effectively communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience or specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Prestige Life Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
