Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage and maintain a consistent caseload of clients, fostering rapport and establishing therapeutic alliances while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, address concerns, and strategize around upcoming appointments or discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Document client interactions and maintain accurate progress notes and assessments to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Complete comprehensive intake assessments to inform treatment strategies and establish baseline data for client progress.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques that encourage personal growth and healing.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance professional development and skill enhancement.
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure clients receive holistic support across various services.

• Adopt a growth mindset, embracing new challenges and reflecting on personal and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a broad range of clients seeking outpatient mental health support. Our patient population includes individuals with various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and stress. By adopting a person-centered approach, you will tailor your interventions to effectively meet the diverse needs of clients, promoting healing and resilience in their distinct life circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current, unrestricted LPC licensure, allowing for independent practice.
\n
• A minimum of one year of Clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing various computer applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY to maintain accurate client records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, particularly in an outpatient context.

• Comfortable and proficient in performing intake assessments that inform treatment planning and implementation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, thus ensuring financial stability for our counselors. Additional benefits encompass:
