Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group counseling services to a diverse client base, ensuring a tailored approach to meet the varied needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Conduct focused counseling sessions aimed at addressing common mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, midlife transitions, and stress management.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to confidentiality and privacy regulations.

• Monitor client progress closely, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary while providing ongoing support to facilitate personal growth and healing.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, including making appropriate referrals to other specialists when necessary.
