Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs, risk factors, and establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring client confidentiality and security of information.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to provide cohesive care and comprehensive support.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and staying abreast of the latest research in mental health practices.

The clients you will work with span a broad range of backgrounds and experiences. You will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups navigating various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with diverse clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
