Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to craft personalized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate group, family, couple, and individual therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and open environment that encourages discussion and healing.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical considerations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions, to stay updated on best practices and emerging research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting that involves direct client contact.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide the following benefits:
