Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable adults experiencing low acuity issues. Our clients have been pre-screened to ensure that they are appropriate for remote counseling, and you will have the opportunity to cater your services to your specific specialties and demographic preferences. Importantly, you will not be managing clients with severe mental health conditions, allowing you to focus on effective, solution-oriented therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.

• A fully licensed credential to practice independently, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Strong capabilities to evaluate, make decisions, and develop treatment plans based on professional knowledge.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Competency in using digital tools and systems to manage counseling sessions and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in virtual counseling, particularly in hospice, end-of-life care, or chronic illness management, will be favored. Familiarity with using counseling software platforms will also be beneficial.
