Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing diverse therapeutic techniques to foster open communication and emotional growth.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff, to ensure holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's health.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality and respect for clients.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals and families who face barriers to mental health services and may be dealing with various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
