Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in regular therapeutic sessions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, supportive counseling, or other evidence-based interventions to address clients’ concerns.

• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of client progress and feedback, ensuring relevance and efficacy throughout the therapeutic process.

• Facilitate self-reflection and teach coping strategies tailored to clients' real-world applications, fostering resilience and growth.

• Provide clients with clarity regarding their financial responsibilities and emotional commitments related to therapy.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards, while also assisting clients with billing inquiries and documentation needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, and a valid LPC credential to practice in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus. Benefits include:
