Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify emotional and psychological challenges, developing individualized therapy strategies that cater to their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group sessions, family therapy, and couple’s counseling, promoting constructive dialogue and relationship building among participants.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the safety and confidentiality of our clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest mental health research and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely-related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
