Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' mental state, history, and needs, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are personalized and responsive to their specific goals, cultural backgrounds, and therapeutic needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in individual, couple, family, and group therapy environments.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for clients experiencing acute crisis situations.

• Document clinical progress meticulously, including treatment plans and updates in accordance with state regulations, ensuring compliance with clinic policies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, promoting understanding and empowerment to manage conditions effectively.

• Engage actively in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate and enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
