Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic counseling sessions utilizing a variety of modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and family systems approaches.

• Maintain detailed client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, tracking progress and updating treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, including referrals to other health services when appropriate.

• Engage in regular supervision and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Clinician will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT (or eligibility to obtain within a specified timeframe).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• A commitment to providing client-centered, culturally sensitive care that prioritizes the needs of each individual.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing therapeutic services to clients, preferably in a community health or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
