Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate individual patients' histories and current mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery and building resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy to empower clients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each patient’s well-being.

• Respond to trauma-related crises with timely and effective interventions to support patients in acute distress.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and available coping resources, enhancing their understanding of mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
