The Life Works Psychiatric Center is actively seeking licensed mental health clinicians to join our dedicated team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a crucial role in fostering the mental well-being of our patients through comprehensive assessments, personalized treatment plans, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Work Environment\n

This role allows for a flexible remote work setting, where you can conduct therapy sessions and collaborate with your colleagues via telehealth platforms. Our operational hours support a balanced work-life schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that identify individual patient needs and facilitate the development of effective, tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to a diverse range of patients, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that promote community engagement and provide resources for coping strategies and mental health education.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating sound judgment and adherence to best practices.
\n
• Educate patients on mental health conditions, possible treatment options, and available community resources to empower their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation following legal and ethical standards to safeguard patient information.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

• Stay informed on current research and advancements in the mental health field to continually enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Life Works Psychiatric Center, you will work with a diverse patient population facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and a variety of therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed mental health assessments and craft effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy in a clinical or counseling setting to varied populations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport building with diverse patients.
\n
• Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications relevant to patient care.

• A collaborative mindset that embraces working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical mental health setting.
\n
• Previous experience in a telehealth environment is a plus.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
