This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while also utilizing our outpatient office facility, which is open Monday through Saturday. Our management team facilitates in-house credentialing and handles insurance participation and scheduling, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, couples, families, and groups to identify needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidence-based practices, to provide tailored interventions effectively.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with colleagues about client assessments, treatments, and interdisciplinary care plans through regular documentation and meetings.

• Ensure ethical and timely completion of documentation in accordance with departmental protocols, assisting in the development of patient-centered care approaches.

• Provide case management by coordinating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for assigned patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Licensed as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the State of Illinois.

• Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of diverse therapeutic frameworks and client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
