Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize diverse psychotherapeutic techniques in delivering tailored mental health services to individuals and families, addressing diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning, collaboratively developing initial discharge plans that set the stage for successful client outcomes.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches according to the specific needs identified in each patient’s treatment plan.

• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy services provided, ensuring compliance with both facility and professional standards while revising documents to reflect any changes in patient care.
