Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, utilizing diagnostic tools to evaluate mental health status and identify relevant treatment needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and collaborate with clients to set achievable goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy methods through virtual sessions, adapting techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Maintain regular follow-up appointments to track progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide ongoing support, ensuring clients have the tools to overcome challenges.

• Facilitate referrals to supplementary healthcare providers when necessary, including psychiatrists, for comprehensive patient care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment updates accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and compliance standards.

• Participate in team meetings and case discussions with multidisciplinary professionals, sharing insights and strategies for improved patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, substance abuse, and behavioral issues. Your role will involve tailoring therapy techniques to address various backgrounds, ensuring cultural competence and sensitivity throughout all client interactions. You will be expected to facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive environment that encourages open dialogue and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders, treatments, and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
