Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet individual needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning and diagnose clients’ mental health conditions accurately.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on detailed psychosocial evaluations, continuously updating them in collaboration with clients.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records, including timely documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and relevant correspondence.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client wellness, including potential referrals to external resources.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute emotional or behavioral distress.

• Involve family members in treatment and discharge planning to ensure a robust support system for clients.

The position focuses on a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with telehealth platforms and delivering virtual therapy sessions will be considered a significant advantage, as will exposure to diverse therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or other evidence-based methodologies.
