Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities encompass a variety of critical tasks, including but not limited to the following:

• Conduct initial patient intakes and thorough assessments to evaluate psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs.

• Engage in brief therapeutic interventions and crisis evaluations to support clients experiencing mild to moderate mental health conditions.

• Deliver individual and family therapy that adheres to current treatment standards and fosters meaningful connections to achieve treatment goals.

• Provide referrals and transition strategies for patients with severe mental health issues to ensure they receive the appropriate level of care.

• Participate in safety programs, including assignments to emergency response teams, while maintaining compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
