Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Flourish, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Administering therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), effectively addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, allowing for effective case management and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n
