Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather detailed insights into clients’ mental health conditions, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy through the application of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans, ensuring goals and interventions are clearly defined and client-centered.

• Engage with the treatment team to foster coordinated care, sharing critical updates and collaborating on client strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, performing risk assessments, and developing safety plans to support client stability.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to promote community and healing.

• Uphold ethical and legal documentation standards, maintaining accurate and timely records of client interactions and treatment progress.

Qualifications\n
