Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources, establishing a solid foundation for treatment.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing various evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs, incorporating specific goals and interventions that promote holistic healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care and wraparound services for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning to mitigate immediate challenges faced by clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records reflect client progress and any changes to therapy plans.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, creating a safe and supportive environment for sharing and healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing psychological distress due to various factors such as academic pressure, familial challenges, and personal trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
