Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, tailoring interventions accordingly.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to empower clients and facilitate healthy coping mechanisms.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to address mental health concerns.

• Develop and maintain treatment plans that set achievable goals, outline therapeutic interventions, and track clients’ progress over time.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive, cohesive care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments and formulating safety plans to support clients in distress.

• Advocate for client rights by connecting them with essential community resources and offering thorough case management services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
