Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying strengths and areas for growth to inform treatment strategies.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that target specific client needs, setting measurable goals and interventions to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to provide immediate support and stability for clients in distress.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation following ethical and legal standards to support treatment efficacy and compliance.

• Lead group therapy sessions and educational workshops designed to foster community support and client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals within our detox program, who are often facing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. This role entails a deep commitment to understanding each client’s unique circumstances, which may include a history of trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
