Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy to clients in an outpatient setting, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at West Bridge Psychological Center, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals with trauma histories, mood disorders, and various social and cultural backgrounds. Your efforts will focus on providing culturally competent care to underserved populations, including children, veterans, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Your clinical work will directly impact their mental health journeys, helping them access necessary resources and support.

Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW license in the state of Arizona (LMSW candidates will not be eligible).

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient context.

• Strong ethical standards with a demonstrated ability to exercise clinical judgment in various situations.

• A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practices and interactions with clients.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and telehealth platforms; training will be provided as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n

West Bridge Psychological Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, retirement contributions, and professional development support. You will also have the option to choose between W2 or 1099 compensation structures to align with your financial goals.
