Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patients' emotional, behavioral, and social needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that respect individual circumstances.

• Effectively communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals about patient progress, concerns, and treatment modifications to improve overall care quality.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in California.
